Also included are a series of streaming Webinars that put the big picture into perspective as well as full access to all forms and paperwork required to complete and submit your loan modifcation.
When you have completed the program and it's time to follow up with your lender to make sure they give you a fair review we offer an online Journal/Tracking system that will allow you to log the calls made to your lender. It has a private document library where you can store the documents in your modification packet online which gives you access to them whenever you need them wherever you are, no need to haul around a big folder anticipating that important call back from your negotiator. It features a built in a calendar to schedule your follow up times and email you reminders so you don't let important deadlines and calls slip by the wayside.
